A workpiece stamping separation device

Abstract

This application discloses a workpiece stamping and separation device, relating to the field of stamping processing technology. The device includes a frame, on which a die and a hydraulic cylinder are mounted. The die has a forming cavity, and the movable end of the hydraulic cylinder has a punch corresponding to the forming cavity. The die has a receiving cavity communicating with the forming cavity, and a lifting rod is slidably mounted within the receiving cavity. The top end of the lifting rod has a top plate that abuts against and overlaps with the workpiece, and the bottom end has a roller that rotatably mounts it. This application eliminates the traditional demolding and separation method of manually or mechanically removing the workpiece from the mold. In use, it can automatically eject the stamped workpiece from the forming cavity, achieving automatic demolding and separation without requiring an additional power source. This reduces the risk of workpiece removal and avoids injury to workers, while improving demolding and separation efficiency and reducing labor intensity, thus making it more practical.
