A welding structure of a milling cutter welding bar for PCB

Abstract

This invention provides a welding structure for welding PCB milling cutter rods, including a shank to be welded. The butt joint end of the shank is machined from a flat end into a chamfered section, which mates with the end of a cutting edge to be welded. The small circle diameter φ2 of the chamfered section is equal to the cutting edge diameter d of the cutting edge. The butt joint surface of the chamfered section and the cutting edge forms a welding interface. This welding structure effectively accommodates the butt joint welding of two tungsten carbide rods with unequal diameters, ensuring the strength of the welding interface, guaranteeing welding quality, and effectively avoiding the risk of breakage during subsequent processing of the rods.
