A wheelset unloading machine

Abstract

A wheelset unloading machine includes a base, an unloading power head, an unloading locking device, and a trolley device. The unloading power head has an unloading cylinder housed within a mounting base, which is located at one end of the base. The unloading locking device includes a mounting frame and a locking mechanism. The mounting frame consists of two sets of transverse tie rods and a set of uprights. One end of each transverse tie rod is fixed to the mounting base, and the other end is connected to the upright. The other end of the upright is fixed to the base. The locking mechanism is located on the mounting frame in front of the unloading power head. The trolley device is located at the other end of the base, corresponding to the unloading power head. A guide assembly is provided between the trolley device, the locking mechanism, and the base. The advantages of this invention are its simple structure, eliminating the need for an integral frame, fixed beams, movable beams, etc., making installation easy, facilitating wheelset unloading operations, and reducing costs.
