MDA mobile phone improves disassembly fixture

Abstract

This invention proposes an improved disassembly fixture for MDA mobile phones, comprising a base and a top mount. A lower fixture is located on the side of the base facing the top mount, and an upper fixture is located on the side of the top mount facing the base. The lower fixture has a receiving groove for accommodating the mobile phone, and the inner edge of the receiving groove has a limiting groove that only contacts the mid-frame of the mobile phone. The upper fixture includes a main body segment corresponding to the mobile phone battery section, and a pressing boss is located on either side of the main body segment corresponding to the longitudinal center line of the mobile phone. A guide post is vertically positioned between the top mount and the base, and both the top mount and the base have guide holes through which the guide post passes. This invention, by setting up the upper and lower fixtures, allows the mobile phone to be placed in the receiving groove within the lower fixture, and the upper fixture to be pressed down on top of the mobile phone. By applying downward pressure from above the top mount, the mid-frame and the TP mating surface can be separated, avoiding the paint scratching problem caused by the disassembly tool directly inserting into the gap between the mid-frame and the TP mating surface.
