A tooling mold for cleaning small holes in self-adhesive printed materials

Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of self-adhesive label production technology, and discloses a tooling mold for cleaning waste from small holes in self-adhesive printed materials. The molding mold comprises a die-cutting plate, a forming blade, and a cutting column. The forming blade and the cutting column are both fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the die-cutting plate, with the cutting column located inside the forming blade on the lower surface of the die-cutting plate. In this tooling mold, the ejector pin, supported by an ejector spring, pushes the waste material cut from the self-adhesive layer and the self-adhesive face material onto the PE weak adhesive film layer. Subsequently, after die-cutting, the PE weak adhesive film and the PE weak adhesive film layer are wound up and separated from the release paper. This efficiently cleans waste material, greatly reduces waste residue, improves the label's appearance quality and subsequent performance. The forming blade, in conjunction with the cutting column and other structures, ensures precise cutting of the self-adhesive layer and the self-adhesive face material, resulting in neat cut edges and fundamentally improving the waste removal effect.
