Abstract

This utility model discloses a bridge-type single-beam four-column guided multi-blade stone cutting machine, relating to the field of stone cutting machines. It includes a supporting base plate, with supporting columns fixed at each of the four corners of the top of the supporting base plate. The supporting base plate has an internal cavity, and a cutting machine is slidably mounted on the top of each of the four supporting columns. Each of the four supporting columns has an internal cavity. By activating an air pump, suction is generated, which adsorbs the bottom surface of the stone slab through adsorption holes. Simultaneously, the suction generated by the air pump absorbs cutting debris and dust generated during stone cutting through adsorption grooves, preventing air quality impact and stone chip splashing. When the stone slab is removed after cutting, the adsorption holes on the supporting base plate adsorb any remaining dust and debris. The adsorbed dust and debris then enter the interior of a filter bag through a pipe for collection, reducing manual cleaning time and improving efficiency.
