The washer rings are evenly fitted onto the rotating rod, and the retaining rings are clamped outside the washer rings and fitted onto the rotating rod. A first bolt is threaded onto the inner thread of the first mounting ring, and the lower end of the first bolt presses against the rotating rod. A pad and a cover plate are rotatably mounted on the side of the rotating rod, and a second bolt is provided between the pad and the cover plate. The second bolt slides through the cover plate, and the lower end of the second bolt is threaded onto the pad. The rotating rod includes a rotating rod body, and a shaft is fixedly connected to the side end of the rotating rod body. By using the washer rings to contact the target steel coil, the rotation of the rotating rod keeps the washer rings in rolling contact with the target steel coil. When individual washer rings are worn too much, the first bolt is removed, then the retaining ring is removed, until the corresponding washer ring is removed and a new washer ring is installed, avoiding the need for complete replacement and reducing material waste.
