Abstract

The integral hoisting device comprises a crane, a protection unit and a deviation rectifying unit, a rotary lifting plate is arranged below a cable of the crane, and at least two lifting hooks are arranged below the rotary lifting plate; the protection units are arranged on the two sides of the reinforcement cage and comprise side plates, the side plates are long-strip-shaped plates, the width of the side plates is the same as the thickness of the reinforcement cage, and the side plates are fixed to the two sides of the reinforcement cage. The deviation rectifying units are used in pairs, arranged at the top end of the groove and matched with the protection units on the two sides of the reinforcement cage respectively. Two lifting points are arranged at the top of the reinforcement cage through a double-lifting-hook structure, and shaking caused by the unstable gravity center in the lifting process is reduced. Temporary support and automatic deviation correction are provided for the reinforcement cage through the deviation correction unit and the protection unit, the situation that the bottom end cannot accurately fall into a groove in the hoisting process is prevented, manual traction adjustment is not needed in the whole process, and the reinforcement cage is more accurately hoisted into the groove under the condition that the burden of operators is not increased.
