An antibacterial dust-free paper

Abstract

This utility model discloses an antibacterial cleanroom paper, comprising: a working layer, a reinforcing layer, and a bottom layer; the working layer is an antibacterial fiber layer; the reinforcing layer includes a water-absorbing fiber layer and a hot-melt fiber layer, the water-absorbing fiber layer being disposed between the two hot-melt fiber layers; the bottom layer is a wood pulp fiber layer; the working layer, reinforcing layer, and bottom layer are bonded together by hot-melt bonding, the antibacterial fibers in the antibacterial fiber layer are bonded together by spray adhesive, and the wood pulp fibers in the wood pulp fiber layer are bonded together by spray adhesive. Based on this utility model of antibacterial cleanroom paper, a multi-layer structure design is adopted. The antibacterial fiber layer, as the working layer, directly acts on the contact surface to enhance the antibacterial effect. The working layer, reinforcing layer, and bottom layer are combined into a whole by hot-melt bonding, which greatly improves the dry and wet strength of the cleanroom paper. It combines the softness and fluffiness of glued cleanroom paper and the high wet tensile strength, as well as the excellent water absorption and softness of heat-bonded cleanroom paper.
