Abstract

This utility model provides a device for recovering steel casings from large-diameter bored piles, belonging to the field of engineering construction technology. It includes a steel cylinder and pile foundation concrete. The steel casing is placed on top of the pile foundation concrete, and the steel cylinder is placed on top of the pile foundation concrete, located inside the steel casing. Multiple jacks are equidistantly arranged on the outer side of the steel cylinder. Electromagnetic chucks are installed on the outer walls of the jacks, and the electromagnetic chucks are in contact with the steel cylinder. A hook is fixedly installed at the center of the top of the steel cylinder. This device for recovering steel casings from large-diameter bored piles uses jacks. The jacks are pressurized by an oil pump, increasing the opening distance. The steel casing rises simultaneously with the jacks via the electromagnetic chucks. After the steel casing moves upward a certain distance, the electromagnetic chucks are closed, the oil pump is depressurized, and the jacks return to their original positions. Repeated operations can recover the steel casing.
