Abstract

This application relates to the field of ultrasonic testing technology, specifically providing a mounting device for an ultrasonic transducer outside a compressor cylinder. The mounting device includes a base, a first accommodating cavity, a second accommodating cavity, and an isolation section. The base has opposing bearing planes and an mounting curved surface that conforms to the object to be tested. The first and second accommodating cavities are spaced apart on the bearing planes, and their central axes are perpendicular to the bearing plane. The isolation section is fixedly connected to adjacent sidewalls of the first and second accommodating cavities and is also fixedly mounted on the bearing plane. This application accurately defines the relative positions of the spaced-apart first and second accommodating cavities, ensuring a stable geometric relationship in the propagation path between the two ultrasonic transducers under installed conditions. Furthermore, the isolation section limits the propagation direction of the ultrasonic waves, suppressing acoustic interference in non-target areas and enhancing the concentration of signal energy within the target path, demonstrating good practicality.
