Abstract

The left half coupling has a mating groove on its inner side corresponding to the vibration-damping component. The vibration-damping ring of this utility model fits tightly with the two arc-shaped rings on both sides through an arc-shaped groove to form an elastic damping layer, which effectively absorbs torsional vibration and radial impact. The top of the vibration-damping ring extends beyond the ring groove and presses against the mating groove. The pre-compression force enhances the damping effect and suppresses high-frequency vibration. The installation ring is locked by the sliding and rotation of the locking block and the locking groove, which can be disassembled and installed without tools, reducing the time for replacing the vibration-damping ring.
