Abstract

A rotating structural component is provided to address the problems of complex mechanical turntable structures, susceptibility to damage, and difficulty in locking in existing technologies. By incorporating a bearing support platform and clamping ring in the lower plate, the lower plate contacts only the inner ring of the bearing. A limiting ring and control of the mounting hole size ensure that the upper plate contacts only the outer ring of the bearing. This allows the upper and lower plates to connect to different positions on the bearing, achieving complete non-contact and minimizing the coefficient of friction between them. Furthermore, by controlling the height of the threaded post, a gap exists between the bottom surface of the top frustum of the T-cap and the bottom wall of the mounting hole after installation, meaning the T-cap does not contact the upper plate. The rotating component is locked by inserting an insert into the slot. The handle 21 can also be concealed between the upper and lower plates, eliminating protrusions on the side walls of the rotating component, facilitating transport and storage, and preventing injury to people or property.
