Abstract

This utility model provides a rapid baking chain mesh oven with independent dual-speed control. An air supply device for the oven, with independent dual-speed control, is respectively installed on the upper and lower sides of the heating platform. It includes a heat-conducting air box and a fan connected to the heat-conducting air box. The fan includes a volute, a centrifugal impeller rotatably installed in the volute, and a blower motor driving the centrifugal impeller. A hot air inlet is opened on the inner side of the heat-conducting air box, and an inclined air-guiding platform is located on the outer side. The air-guiding platform is connected to the heating chamber of the oven. An air guide plate is installed on the air-guiding platform. The upper and lower sides of the heating platform are heated through the independently supplied heat-conducting air box. The heating air volume and pressure can be independently adjusted according to baking requirements. Simultaneously, the air intake and return circulation formed by the heat-conducting air box recycles the hot air, preventing heat loss, improving baking efficiency, and saving energy.
