The heat exchange device includes: a heat exchanger having a heat exchange flow channel; a throttling valve assembly including a valve island and a valve core component, the valve island being installed on the heat exchanger and having a flow path communicating with the heat exchange flow channel, the valve core component being installed within the flow path, the valve island including a first mounting base, at least a portion of the flow path being formed in the first mounting base; and a first filter element installed within the flow path of the first mounting base and used to filter the heat exchange medium flowing through the first mounting base. According to the embodiment of this utility model, the heat exchange device can integrate the heat exchanger, the throttling valve assembly, and the first filter element into one unit, improving the structural compactness of the heat exchange device and reducing the installation space required. Furthermore, by filtering the heat exchange medium in the flow path through the first filter element, impurities entrained in the heat exchange medium can be reduced, which is beneficial for ensuring the normal operating performance of the heat exchange device.
