An air separation cold box

Abstract

This utility model discloses an air separation cold box, relating to the technical field of gas separation equipment. It includes: a main body; a first connecting pipe is provided at the rear end of the outer surface of the main body; a first valve is provided at the end of the shaft surface of the first connecting pipe near the main body; an installation box is installed at the end of the shaft surface of the first connecting pipe away from the main body; a third valve is installed at the top of the shaft surface of the installation box, penetrating the outer surface of the installation box. The gas first enters the main purifier through the inlet pipe for initial water removal and CO₂ treatment. The purified gas is then sent to a detection device for real-time analysis via a first delivery pipe. Gas meeting the standards enters the main body through the third valve and the first connecting pipe. If the gas exceeds the standards, an auxiliary purifier receives the excess gas through a second delivery pipe for secondary adsorption. Simultaneously, a fan draws humid air from the cold box through a second branch pipe to the auxiliary purifier for drying. The treated gas is then returned through the second connecting pipe and the second valve, achieving the recycling of substandard air.
