A height measuring tool for machined workpieces

Abstract

This application discloses a height measuring tool for machined workpieces, belonging to the field of measuring equipment technology. It mainly includes a worktable with a measuring component on top. The measuring component includes a column, a connecting plate mounted on the column, a slide rail extending from one side of the connecting plate, a slider mounted on the top of the slide rail, and an infrared height gauge mounted on one side of the slider, with the bottom of the infrared height gauge facing the worktable. A detection component includes a first slide rail mounted on one side of a turntable, a fixed frame mounted on the top of the first slide rail, and a cylinder mounted on the top of the fixed frame. An infrared detector is mounted on the output end of the cylinder. This machined workpiece height measuring tool, by setting up the measuring and detection components, enables the automatic detection of various other data while simultaneously detecting the workpiece height, achieving comprehensive detection of workpiece height, side flatness, and surface defects. This not only improves detection efficiency but also enhances detection accuracy.
