Abstract

This utility model discloses a fiber optic array calibration stage, including a base, a support, a rotating stage, a carrier plate, and a CCD imager. The support is fixedly installed on the base, the CCD imager is installed on the support and vertically facing the carrier plate, the rotating stage is rotatably installed on the base, and the carrier plate is installed on top of the rotating stage. A servo motor for driving the rotating stage is installed on the base. This utility model ensures the substrate is level by uniformly and evenly stressed and flattened within the placement groove. Then, the CCD imager is activated to image and detect the fiber spacing within the V-shaped groove on the substrate to detect errors. Simultaneously, the servo motor drives the rotating stage to adjust the orientation of the substrate on the carrier plate, enabling image detection from different angles and improving detection accuracy. Therefore, the device offers advantages such as more flat and stable substrate placement, easy angle adjustment for detection, and improved detection comprehensiveness and accuracy.
