Energy storage liquid cooling cabinet

Abstract

This application relates to the field of energy storage technology and discloses an energy storage liquid-cooled cabinet, including a shell, a partition, a battery pack, electrical components, a refrigeration cycle assembly, a fan, a heat exchange system, and a control unit. The partition divides the housing cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity. The battery pack is located in the first cavity. The electrical components and the fan are located in the second cavity, and the fan drives air in the second cavity to form a circulating airflow between the electrical components and the evaporator of the refrigeration cycle assembly. The heat exchange system includes a main heat exchange path, a pump located in the main heat exchange path, and a first heat exchange branch and a second heat exchange branch respectively connected to the main heat exchange path. The main heat exchange path is used for heat exchange with the battery pack. The first heat exchange branch passes through the evaporator, and the second heat exchange branch passes through the condenser. The first heat exchange branch is equipped with a first switching valve, and the second heat exchange branch is equipped with a second switching valve. Through the above method, the embodiments of this application can reduce the energy loss of the energy storage liquid-cooled cabinet.
