A battery terminal connection structure

Abstract

A battery terminal connection structure includes: a bottom cover and terminals. The top surface of the bottom cover has two support grooves located at opposite ends along its length. Each support groove contains a partition and is filled with adhesive. A groove is provided on the outer side of one end of each support groove. Two terminals are respectively disposed in the support grooves. Each terminal includes a first U-shaped portion and a second U-shaped portion with openings facing the same direction. The first and second U-shaped portions are connected by a horizontal plate connected to the bottom of the support groove. The opening of the first U-shaped portion fits into the upper end of the partition plate, and one end of the second U-shaped portion is located in the groove. A connecting plate is provided at one end of the first U-shaped portion, with a distance between the bottom surface of the connecting plate and the bottom surface of the support groove, and is fitted onto an adhesive post, which is installed in the support groove. A slot is provided in the groove, and a connecting hole is provided on the side wall of one end of the second U-shaped portion, located in the slot, which is filled with adhesive. By continuously bending the terminals to reduce their height, the battery capacity is increased, making this structure highly practical.
