Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor assembly

Abstract

This invention provides a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor assembly, relating to the field of linear motor technology. The assembly includes a mounting base; a stator fixed to the top of the mounting base and extending along its extension direction, the stator comprising an iron core segment and a resin segment sequentially distributed along the extension direction; windings embedded in slots within the iron core segment and resin segment; and a mover slidably connected to the mounting base, adapted to slide along the extension direction of the mounting base. By configuring the stator as having iron core and resin segments sequentially distributed along its own extension direction, this invention achieves modularity and reconfigurability in the motor assembly. Specifically, by controlling the movement of the mover within the iron core segment or resin segment, the influence of the iron core on the motor assembly can be tested, facilitating comparative studies of the iron core's influence on electromagnetic force and reducing research costs.
