The technical scheme belongs to the technical field of scrubbers and specifically relates to an adjustable liquid-supplying scrubber, which comprises a brush rod main body and a brush disc arranged at the end of the brush rod main body, a water passage is arranged in the brush rod main body and is connected to the brush disc, the water passage comprises a water inlet for providing flushing fluid, a mixing cavity and a liquid outlet for outputting mixed agents, a flow control device is arranged in the brush rod main body, the mixing cavity is arranged in the flow control device, the flow control device is provided with a liquid guide hole one communicated to the side wall of the mixing cavity and used for controlling the opening or closing of a liquid storage bin, a rotating sleeve is rotatably connected to the side of the flow control device, at least two groups of liquid guide holes two are arranged on the side of the flow control device close to the rotating sleeve, the different liquid guide holes two have different aperture sizes, the liquid storage bin is embedded in the rotating sleeve or is sleeved outside the rotating sleeve, the liquid storage bin is detachably connected with the rotating sleeve, the liquid guide holes two are communicated to the liquid storage bin, and the rotating sleeve is rotated to switch the conduction between the different liquid guide holes two and the liquid guide hole one.
