Abstract

The application provides a rotary impact knife for rotary impact crushing of silicon powder, which comprises a knife body composed of a one-piece designed knife handle section and a knife blade section, the top end of the knife handle section is connected with the bottom end of the knife blade section, the side of the knife blade section is provided with a smooth arc-shaped blade edge, and the part of the arc-shaped blade edge close to the top end of the knife blade section protrudes outward. The rotary impact knife has the advantages that the smooth arc-shaped blade edge is arranged on the outer side of the knife blade section, the protruding design is adopted close to the top end section of the knife blade section, the impact and shearing force can be uniformly distributed along the arc when the blade edge contacts and cuts the high-hardness and high-abrasion silicon material, the stress concentration phenomenon is effectively reduced, the service life of the rotary impact knife is prolonged, the crushing efficiency is significantly improved, and the silicon powder with more uniform particle size and more optimized distribution can be obtained.
