Leaf spring structure assembly, suspension system and vehicle

Abstract

The application provides a leaf spring structure assembly, a suspension system and a vehicle. The leaf spring structure assembly comprises a leaf spring body, a connecting assembly and a spring leaf pad body. The connecting assembly is used for connecting with an axle. The connecting assembly comprises a U-shaped bolt arranged on the leaf spring body and a nut matched with the U-shaped bolt. The U-shaped bolt comprises two screw rods and a connecting rod connected between the two screw rods. The spring leaf pad body comprises an elastic part. On a side of the leaf spring body facing the connecting rod, a part of an edge region of the leaf spring body opposite to the U-shaped bolt is a stress concentration area. The spring leaf pad body is arranged between the leaf spring body and the connecting rod, and the elastic part covers at least the stress concentration area. In this way, the spring leaf pad body is arranged to cover the elastic part on the stress concentration area and is arranged between the edge of the leaf spring body and the U-shaped bolt, so that the stress can be weakened and dispersed, the composite leaf spring body is protected, and the problem of how to avoid damage of the composite leaf spring caused by stress concentration in the prior art is solved.
