Rudder virtual position testing device and testing system comprising same

Abstract

The application relates to the field of rudder motor testing, and discloses a rudder motor virtual position testing device. The rudder motor virtual position testing device comprises a support table, a pair of support frames arranged on the support table, a sensor bearing frame and a damping piece arranged between the pair of support frames, one end of the sensor bearing frame is connected with a rudder motor to be tested and can rotate along with an output shaft of the rudder motor to be tested, a first end of the damping piece is connected with the support frame, a second end of the damping piece is connected with the sensor bearing frame, the damping piece provides damping during the rotation of the sensor bearing frame, and an angle obtainer is arranged on the sensor bearing frame and used for obtaining angle information of the rotation of the sensor bearing frame. The rudder motor virtual position testing device has simple mounting structure and improves the accuracy of testing results.
