A bag filter for flue gas dedusting

Abstract

A baghouse dust collector for flue gas dust removal includes a dust collection chamber and a plurality of dust collection bags installed inside the dust collection chamber. The dust collection chamber is a hollow cylindrical structure with a flue gas inlet formed on its outer wall and a volute-shaped inlet pipe connected to the flue gas inlet. The dust collection chamber is equipped with a perforated plate assembly for installing and dividing the plurality of dust collection bags, and a support device for supporting the perforated plate assembly. Compared with existing technologies, the volute-shaped inlet pipe enables tangential airflow of the flue gas, ensuring uniform airflow and eliminating dead zones. The perforated plate assembly divides the array of dust collection bags, facilitating modular installation and easy disassembly and assembly of the dust collection bags. Furthermore, the installation of a heat exchanger heats the compressed air, reducing the temperature difference between the backflushing air and the flue gas, thus minimizing the impact on the dust collection bags.
