Rapid forming device of wear-resistant tensile fabric belt

Abstract

This utility model discloses a rapid forming device for wear-resistant and tensile-resistant webbing, including a worktable with a rotating component fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the worktable. In this application, a webbing take-up reel is placed on top of a tray and combined with a vertical column. A rectangular block is integrated into a slot, and a pressure plate overlaps the top of the webbing take-up reel. A locking rod is then passed through the pressure plate and the rectangular block, and screwed into the inner wall of the vertical column through a screw hole until the head of the locking rod presses against the top of the pressure plate. At this point, the pressure plate is tightly pressed against the top of the webbing take-up reel, thus fixing the webbing take-up reel in place. The outer open end of the webbing is then combined with the outer wall of the vertical end of the webbing take-up reel. The rotating component drives the webbing take-up reel to rotate via the tray, thus achieving rapid webbing winding and forming. This ensures the ease of assembly and disassembly of the webbing take-up reel, while the cooperation between the rectangular block and the slot prevents the locking rod from easily loosening due to its coaxiality with the rotating component.
