Abstract

This utility model discloses a sludge reduction device, including two main beams and multiple filter frames inserted between the two main beams. The two main beams are symmetrically arranged left and right. Support columns are welded to the bottom of both ends of the two main beams. A thrust base is connected between the front ends of the two main beams, and a power base is connected between the rear ends of the two main beams. A novel anti-deviation device is added to the support columns. A U-shaped metal connecting sleeve is provided on the left side of the center of the bottom of the multiple filter frames. During filtration, the pin of the anti-deviation device moves to the right and inserts into the U-shaped metal connecting sleeve, preventing the filter frames from shifting upwards due to uneven force, aging, impurities, etc., thus ensuring stable operation.
