Abstract

This utility model belongs to the field of lattice column construction technology in foundation pit engineering, specifically relating to a lattice column positioning auxiliary device. The device consists of a "Z"-shaped rigid frame formed by vertically welding horizontal and vertical square tubes, the dimensions of which match the design width of the lattice column. The adjustable welding positions of the horizontal and vertical square tubes adapt to lattice columns of different specifications. A connecting rod extending from the first end of the vertical square tube forms a Z-shaped structure with a positioning rod. The positioning rod is horizontally attached to the side of the qualified lattice column, simultaneously constraining planar position deviations and installation angle deviations. A handle welded to the tail end of the vertical square tube facilitates the gripping and moving of the device by construction personnel, allowing for precise alignment of the layout points. The device, through the tight fit between the rigid frame and the outer edge of the lattice column, combined with the adjustable welding design, achieves rapid positioning and angle calibration, reducing manual adjustment time and secondary rework after concrete pouring, significantly improving construction efficiency and installation accuracy.
