On-line liner trap capture elution apparatus for volatile components in a solid sample

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of sample extraction technology and discloses an online liner-based elution device for volatile components in solid samples. The device includes a sealed chamber, an insulating sleeve, a liner, and a heat-conducting pipe. The insulating sleeve is fitted over the outside of the sealed chamber to form a sealed space. The liner extends into the interior of the sealed chamber. The sealed chamber contains an upper sieve plate, a sample chamber, a lower sieve plate, and conical fasteners. The sample chamber is positioned between the upper and lower sieve plates and is used to hold uniformly pulverized solid samples or liquid samples mixed with solid fillers. The upper sieve plate is detachably connected to the sample chamber via edge clips. The heat-conducting pipe is equipped with a gas heating module to achieve temperature control from room temperature to 300°C. This invention enables highly efficient extraction and elution of volatile substances from solid samples, increasing the extraction rate by 30% and reducing the extraction time by two-thirds compared to conventional headspace sampling. It is suitable for the capture and extraction of volatile components.
