Abstract

The application discloses a fitting device, comprising: a carrying platform, provided with a first fitting position and a second fitting position; an identification mechanism, before each to-be-fitted component is fitted, is configured to obtain first position information and second position information through image capture identification, and after each to-be-fitted component is fitted, is configured to obtain third position information through image capture identification; a fitting mechanism, configured to fit each to-be-fitted component on each fitting position of a to-be-fitted module according to the first position information and the second position information, and re-fit each to-be-fitted component on a fitting position of the to-be-fitted module where fitting is abnormal according to the first position information and the third position information; and an abnormality removing mechanism, configured to remove abnormal components according to the third position information. The technical scheme can save production time and cost of module fitting components.
