A loosening-preventing spring mounting structure for germicidal lamp in elevator narrow space

Abstract

This application relates to the field of germicidal lamp technology and discloses a germicidal lamp anti-loosening spring mounting structure for use in confined spaces such as elevators. The structure includes a mounting shell, with two fixing rods fixedly connected to the outer surface of the shell. Each fixing rod has a torsion spring fixedly mounted on its outer surface. This anti-loosening spring mounting structure for germicidal lamps in confined elevator spaces utilizes components such as a rotating component, a spring, a rotating component, and a sliding rod. Fixing rods one and two are mounted on the surface of the mounting shell, with the rotating component positioned on the surface of the fixing rod. When the spring returns to its original position, the spring extends under the action of the rotating component, the rotating component, and the sliding rod, applying a downward force to the spring, thus improving its stability after installation and reducing the amplitude and frequency of spring vibration. During installation, the spring is pried open to allow the locking block to enter the cavity and connect with the locking component. After inserting the mounting shell into the mounting plate, the telescopic rod is activated, causing the mounting frame to move the locking component, releasing the locking block and making installation quick and convenient.
