Screen changer device for an extruder and extruder

Abstract

The application provides a screen changing device of an extruder and the extruder. The screen changing device comprises a screen changing die head, a replaceable filter screen and a plug plate. The screen changing die head is installed at a feeding barrel of the extruder and is provided with feeding holes parallel to a feeding direction and plug holes vertical to the feeding direction. The plug plate is movably installed in the plug holes and comprises a screen changing part and a impurity removing part. The screen changing part is provided with filter through holes, and the replaceable filter screen is installed at the filter through holes. The impurity removing part is provided with an impurity removing blind hole and a laterally extending impurity removing channel, and the impurity removing channel is communicated with the impurity removing blind hole. The plug plate reciprocally moves in the plug holes, so that the screen changing part and the impurity removing part are alternately arranged in the screen changing die head, and the filter through holes and the impurity removing blind hole are correspondingly aligned with the feeding holes. The screen changing part and the impurity removing part are arranged on the plug plate, so that the extruded material can be switched to the impurity removing channel for temporary impurity removal while the screen is changed. The screen changing frequency is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the production of the extruded material is facilitated.
