The integrated device comprises a support, an overturning station, an overturning driving mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a graphite boat disassembling mechanism. The overturning station is arranged on the support. The overturning station comprises a first supporting platform and a second supporting platform which are connected. The first supporting platform comprises a first translation driving mechanism and a first lifting driving mechanism. The first supporting platform is connected with the symmetrical clamping mechanisms arranged in the length direction. The graphite boat is driven to move along three axes by the first translation driving mechanism, the first lifting driving mechanism and the clamping mechanisms. The second supporting platform is provided with a working through hole. The overturning driving mechanism is connected with the overturning station. The graphite boat disassembling mechanism is opposite to the second supporting platform in the horizontal state. The overturning, positioning and disassembling of the graphite boat can be realized.
