Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of food processing technology and discloses a forming device for konjac rice, including a cavity with a plurality of forming holes; a conveying pipe connected to the cavity and a valve installed on the conveying pipe; an extrusion mechanism including a piston installed in the cavity and a drive unit connected to the piston; a cutting assembly installed on the cavity; and a transmission assembly installed between the drive unit and the cutting assembly. In this utility model, konjac flour slurry is mixed with a coagulant and then conveyed into the cavity through the conveying pipe. The valve is closed, and the piston is moved by the drive unit to extrude the slurry. Simultaneously, the drive unit drives the transmission assembly and the cutting assembly, enabling the cutting assembly and the piston to work synchronously. Furthermore, the cutting speed of the cutting assembly can match the moving speed of the piston, reducing the size difference of the cut konjac rice and solving the problem of large size variations in konjac rice.
