A sole pressing device for sports shoes

Abstract

This application provides a sole pressing device for sports shoe production, including a machine base with a frame. A first push rod component is mounted on the frame and connected to a pressing component with a pad. A rotating component is located inside the machine base and connected to a support plate of a shoe mounting component. When the shoe is placed upside down on the shoe mounting component, the first push rod component drives the pressing component to move, causing the pad to press against the sole, thus completing the sole pressing operation. A support base for mounting a bracket is provided on one side of the machine base. The support base has an elastic element and is connected to a placement plate. A rolling component, including rollers, is mounted on the placement plate. The rollers abut against the outer edge of the shoe body. When the shoe body rotates with the assistance of the rotating component, the elastic element can adjust the position of the placement plate, ensuring that the rollers always abut against the outer edge of the shoe body, thereby completing the edge pressing operation. This solves the problem of existing sole pressing devices having a single pressure direction and limited operation.
