A denitration reaction device

Abstract

This application provides a denitrification reaction device, relating to the field of SCR denitrification technology, comprising an inlet pipe, a filter assembly, a housing, and an outlet pipe connected in sequence. The filter assembly includes a filter box, an ash discharge box, and a first filter screen. The filter box is connected between the inlet pipe and the housing, and the ash discharge box is connected to the bottom of the filter box. The first filter screen is fixedly installed inside the filter box, and a cleaning component is provided on the side of the first filter screen. The cleaning component includes a movable plate that can be raised and lowered, and a cleaning brush and a dust suction hood are fixedly installed on the movable plate. The cleaning component can be moved into the ash discharge box. This device can automatically clean the ash accumulated on the first filter screen without manual cleaning. Moreover, the dust suction hood can collect the dust scattered during cleaning in a timely manner, preventing the dust from spreading everywhere. The dust cleaning effect is improved by the coordinated use of brushing and adsorption.
