Silent oxygen generator

Abstract

A silent oxygen generator includes a silent fan housed within its casing. The fan has 15-25 blades fixed around its shaft, with the angle between the vertical line from the root to the tip of each blade and the fan shaft smoothly transitioning from an acute angle to a perpendicular. The inlet of the silent fan is connected to the oxygen generator's air inlet, and the outlet is connected to the air compressor's inlet via a condenser pipe. The air compressor's outlet is connected to the inlet of a molecular sieve oxygen generator module. The oxygen outlet of the molecular sieve oxygen generator module is connected to the oxygen outlet via a pressure reducing valve and a humidification cup, while the nitrogen outlet of the molecular sieve oxygen generator module is connected to the exhaust port via a silencer. This invention provides superior performance, higher oxygen concentration, lower operating noise, and a longer service life.
