Abstract

This utility model discloses a microchannel reaction device for nitration production, relating to the technical field of microchannel reaction devices. It includes a microreactor, with a discharge pipe at one end equipped with several sets of limiting components for fixing the flexible tube. When the flexible tube is connected to the discharge pipe, pushing the retaining sleeve towards one end causes it to disengage from the raised edge ring, and the inner diameter of the jacketed tube increases, freeing it from compression. At this point, the retaining sleeve and the jacketed tube form a threaded connection, fixing the position of the retaining sleeve. The flexible tube can then be inserted between the discharge pipe and the jacketed tube. Reverse rotation of the retaining sleeve releases the threaded connection with the jacketed tube, and the retaining sleeve slides onto the raised edge ring under the force of the positioning spring. This causes the jacketed tube to again exert radial compression, achieving rapid fixing of the flexible tube, significantly improving installation efficiency and reducing the operational burden on workers.
