Abstract

It involves placing male and female screws on the clearance hole assembly of a horizontal conveying pad, and then placing an exhaust seat on the screws. A bearing is then heat-installed onto the exhaust end of the screws. After the bearing cools, the horizontal conveying pad moves the workpiece into the clearance adjustment frame. An exhaust seat lifting mechanism lifts the exhaust seat to a limiting bracket, which limits the height of the exhaust seat, thus forming a fixed support state, improving production safety and reliability. A dial indicator is then placed on the end face of the male and female screws, and a cylinder assembly lifts the screws upwards, bringing the helical section end face of the screws into contact with the exhaust seat end face. The dial indicator then obtains the clearance value between the helical section end face of the screws and the exhaust seat end face, improving the accuracy of clearance measurement.
