Multiple circumferentially distributed turbulence components are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the mixing chamber and in the gaps between adjacent stirring arms. A heating system is covered on the outer wall of the mixing chamber. The spiral guide grooves on the surface of the transverse stirring arms on the upper half of the stirring shaft and the spiral blades on the lower half of the stirring shaft can perform multi-directional shearing and stretching of the rubber material during the mixing process, which is more conducive to crushing and dispersing compounding agents. The turbulence components can disrupt the flow state of the material in the mixing chamber, promote the formation of complex turbulence, avoid local accumulation of material, and thus improve the uniformity of mixing.
