Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of AGV transport vehicles, and more particularly to an AGV transport trolley. Support frames are installed at both ends of the trolley body, and mounting rods are internally mounted within the support frames. T-shaped grooves are formed on both sides of the bottom of the mounting rods, which are connected to V-shaped rubber scrapers via these grooves. In this utility model, V-shaped rubber scrapers are provided at the front and rear ends of the trolley body to clean debris that may be present along the travel path. The height of the V-shaped rubber scrapers can be adjusted using adjusting bolts to meet different cleaning needs. Furthermore, a gravity-locking limiting plate mechanism is provided on the outside of the V-shaped rubber scrapers to restrict the scraper position and ensure installation stability. After prolonged use, the V-shaped rubber scrapers can be quickly disassembled and reassembled via a groove structure at the bottom of the mounting rod, effectively ensuring the transport efficiency and stability of the trolley.
