Adjustable unwinder

Abstract

This application relates to the field of unwinding machine technology and discloses an adjustable unwinding machine, including an unwinding machine body. A fixed idler roller is fixedly installed on the lower part of one side of the unwinding machine body. An adjustable idler roller is also slidably installed on the side of the unwinding machine body near the fixed idler roller. Moving blocks are rotatably connected to the front and rear parts of the adjustable idler roller. The moving blocks are slidably connected to the support plate of the unwinding machine body. Through the provided reciprocating screw, sprocket, chain, servo motor and adjustable idler roller, the adjustable idler roller can move and adjust the gap between itself and the fixed idler roller according to the size of the fabric roll. This avoids the gap being too large or too small, which would prevent the fabric roll from being effectively lifted for unwinding. In addition, the provided limit plate, moving tube, threaded rod and gear structure can block the fabric roll located on the idler roller. This prevents the fabric roll from jumping up and separating from the idler roller when it is continuously rotating and unwinding, ensuring the stability of the fabric roll unwinding.
