Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) forklift technology, specifically a contact edge anti-collision strip, including an outer force-bearing cover and an inner frame. The outer force-bearing cover is fitted onto the outside of the inner frame, and a pilot protrusion is provided on the front side of the outer force-bearing cover. Fixing plates are provided on the inner wall of the inner frame near the corners, and mounting holes are provided on the fixing plates. A steel frame is welded to the inner wall of the inner frame, and the steel frame is arranged in a cross shape. A mounting plate is welded to the front side of each intersection of the steel frame, and a hydraulic buffer is fixed to the front side of the mounting plate by countersunk screws. Sleeves are provided on the inner wall of the outer force-bearing cover at positions corresponding to the hydraulic buffers, and the force-bearing ends of the hydraulic buffers are fitted inside the corresponding sleeves. Strip-shaped guide grooves are provided through both sides of the outer force-bearing cover. During use, it has a multi-point balanced buffering and stress-relief structure, resulting in good balance and better buffering effect.
