A device for detecting permeability of a cementing material

Abstract

This application discloses a device for testing the impermeability of cementing materials. An elastic pad is provided on the inner wall of the testing tank. A vertical support rod is rotatably mounted on the mounting plate, and a spray plate is fixed to one side of the vertical support rod. During use, the cementing material specimen is placed on the support plate inside the testing tank. The water pump is started, causing water to spray evenly from each spray nozzle onto the cementing material specimen. The elastic pad effectively prevents water from passing through the gap between the cementing material specimen and the inner wall of the testing tank during testing, thus improving testing accuracy. A lifting rope is fixed to the cementing material specimen, and a liquid level sensor is provided on one side of the collection tank. During testing, the liquid level sensor detects the liquid level flowing into the collection tank, and the controller analyzes the data to determine the impermeability of the cementing material specimen. After testing, rotating the vertical support rod causes the spray plate to deviate from the testing tank, and the cementing material specimen can be removed from the testing tank using the lifting rope, reducing the difficulty of removal and improving testing efficiency.
