Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of impermeable detection, and provides an impermeable instrument. The impermeable instrument comprises a lower water-permeable disc configured to place a to-be-detected coiled material; a water supply mechanism configured to supply water to the lower water-permeable disc for impermeable detection of the to-be-detected coiled material; an upper water-permeable disc; a weight detection mechanism installed at the periphery of the lower water-permeable disc and configured to receive water overflowing between the to-be-detected coiled material and the lower water-permeable disc after the to-be-detected coiled material is subjected to initial pressure by the upper water-permeable disc and to perform weight detection; and a driving mechanism in transmission connection with the upper water-permeable disc and configured to adjust the pressure degree of the upper water-permeable disc on the to-be-detected coiled material based on the weight data of the overflowing water detected by the weight detection mechanism. The impermeable instrument can effectively solve the problem that the to-be-detected coiled material is easily damaged during pressure increase in the prior art, and improves the accuracy of coiled material impermeability detection.
