Three-phase connector, motor controller, and vehicle

Abstract

This application provides a three-phase connector, a motor controller, and a vehicle, comprising: a plastic body, a metal nest nested in the plastic body, a common-mode magnetic ring, three copper strips, and three elastic terminals respectively connected to the three copper strips; the copper strips, the elastic terminals, and the metal nest are integrally formed with the plastic body by injection molding; the common-mode magnetic ring is disposed in a groove on the side of the plastic body, and the three copper strips pass through the common-mode magnetic ring and are connected to a circuit board through pin terminals; the elastic terminals are disposed at the bottom of the plastic body and are inserted into the three-phase terminals of the motor through an interference fit. The embodiments of this application can reduce the generation of shaft voltage, thereby reducing common-mode interference and protecting the motor bearings, and are small in size and easy to install.
