Connector structure and vehicle wiring harness

Abstract

This application relates to the field of connector technology, and discloses a connector structure and a vehicle wiring harness. The connector structure, applied in a battery assembly, includes: a wire end housing; a cable assembly comprising a support body and a cable body, the cable body being connected to the support body and inserted into the wire end housing via the support body; a board end housing, mounted on the battery assembly for connection to the wire end housing; and a terminal assembly, which, along with the board end housing, is a separate assembly structure. The wire end housing has a connection channel, allowing the terminal assembly to pass through the connection channel and electrically connect to the cable body within the wire end housing when the wire end housing and the board end housing are assembled. This method eliminates the need for welding to combine the terminal assembly and the cable body, simplifying the connector structure manufacturing process, improving production efficiency, and reducing the overall manufacturing cost of the connector product.
