A lithium phosphate evaporation crystallization device

Abstract

This utility model discloses a lithium dihydrogen phosphate evaporation and crystallization device. The outlet of the lithium dihydrogen phosphate feed pipe is connected to the MVR circulation pipe via the cold side of a condensate preheater and then to a separator. The bottom outlet of the separator is connected to the inlet of the MVR circulation pump via the evaporator tube. The inlet pipe of the MVR circulation pump is also connected to the inlet of the first-effect flash crystallizer via an MVR discharge pump. The outlet of the first-effect flash crystallizer is connected to the inlet of the second-effect flash crystallizer via a flash discharge pump. The outlet of the second-effect flash crystallizer is connected to a coil-type thickening tank. The inner cavity of the coil-type thickening tank is equipped with a chilled water coil. The bottom outlet of the coil-type thickening tank is connected to the inlet of a centrifuge. The solid phase outlet of the centrifuge is connected to the salt outlet pipe of the centrifuge. The clear liquid outlet of the centrifuge is connected to a mother liquor tank. The outlet of the mother liquor tank is connected to a centrifuge mother liquor discharge pipe and a mother liquor return pipe via a mother liquor pump. The outlet of the mother liquor return pipe is connected to the bottom outlet of the separator. This device can reduce steam energy consumption, produce a high primary salt crystallization rate, and result in uniform particle growth.
