Waste dilute liquid distillation column

Abstract

This utility model relates to a waste desalination distillation tower. The waste desalination distillation tower includes a tower body, multiple packing sections, and multiple tray-type liquid distributors. Each packing section comprises multiple layers of packing material stacked in a direction perpendicular to the direction from top to bottom. Each packing layer includes multiple corrugated sheets spaced apart in the direction from top to bottom and an arc-shaped transition section connecting adjacent corrugated sheets. The arc-shaped transition section allows for a smooth transition between the upper and lower corrugated sheets, reducing gas-liquid friction, preventing localized flooding, and lowering the pressure drop of the packing section. The tray-type liquid distributors ensure uniform liquid distribution, prevent the effects of foaming, redistribute the liquid flowing down from the upper packing section, promote lateral liquid flow, and improve the utilization efficiency of the packing section. The waste desalination distillation tower achieves both high separation efficiency and low tower pressure drop, thereby achieving energy saving and consumption reduction, and effectively lowering the treatment cost of waste desalination.
